Client care
At Adams our number one focus is our clients. Over 80% of our business comes from recommendations, repeat business or referrals. We also run a rolling programme of client surveys to meet the changing needs of our clients at all times.

Our fees
Our fee structure is fully transparent and we always discuss fees with our clients in advance. So we can agree on our guidelines, help our clients to budget and make special billing arrangements if necessary.

Confidentiality
Everything you say to us and our advice to you will always be in total confidence.

Office hours
You can visit us from 9am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday. We can also arrange a meeting if you need to schedule an appointment outside these times.

Making an appointment
Simply call, email or visit us – we can often make appointments at short notice. Although we do believe it’s important to meet and talk to you in person, a lot of our work can also be completed over the phone, post or email.
