Hadleigh Yonge was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in both the High Court of New Zealand and the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2004, and held a practising certificate in New Zealand between 2005 and 2008. He holds a Bachelor of law degree as well as bachelor of commerce and administration degree from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand.
He joined Adams in September 2008, where he is based in the West End office. He specialises in a range of commercial matters including residential property, mortgage refinancing, commercial property buying and selling, subdivisions and commercial leasing. He has acted for lenders in financing and securities arrangements, and for borrowers in high value finance and security arrangements. He has also assisted clients buying and selling small businesses, and is experienced in the drafting of agreements, including example shareholder agreements, terms of trade, lending and borrowing documentation (loan agreements, general security agreements).
