Igor Wierzbicki

Igor Wierzbicki specializes in civil, administrative and company law. He currently represents interests of the Administration of Polish Government and serves his private customers in his own law firm. He previously worked for National Rails (PKP) and Office of Consumer Protection and Competition (equivalence of Office of Fair Trading). Igor Wierzbicki graduated from the faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University (MA in Law) and he is a Solicitor with the Supreme Court rights of audience.

As part of his work for governmental authorities he was involved in defending appeal cases (appeals against administrative bodies decisions) - as well was involved in proceedings involving execution of State debts and liabilities - including acting in conjunction with State Treasury General Procurators in front of the Supreme Court in three cases involving state liabilities.

Since 1995 he has supported local and international businesses wanting to invest in Poland. He worked with the small and medium companies on registration of business entities, money, partnership, construction and insurance disputes in Poland. He speaks fluent German.
