Louisa Gothard

Louisa practises family law and deals with a wide variety of family cases, including Divorce and Dissolution of Civil Partnership, Children Act applications, financial applications as a result of marital breakdown as well as issuing emergency injunctions for victims of domestic violence. Louisa has extensive experience of court proceedings and undertakes advocacy on behalf of clients.

Following her LLB Hons degree in Law and Spanish, Louisa completed the LPC at the College of Law, London. Louisa has carried out pro-bono work on a regular basis at victim support units and the Citizens Advice Bureau as well as at the local Council offices advising clients on a variety of family matters. Clients appreciate Louisa’s open, friendly nature and her excellent communication skills.
