| San Chima is a solicitor and managing partner at Adams Solicitors. He established the firm with Mohinder Chima in 1992. Under their joint stewardship Adams has grown quickly and has developed a first-class reputation which means that nowadays a large proportion of its work is the result of personal recommendation from satisfied clients. San trained at Amhurst Colombetti Brown, and qualified as a solicitor in 1987. Today, he works particularly closely with small and medium sized businesses in east and central London and Essex, specialising in corporate and commercial law including issues related to commercial property.
San focuses on building excellent relationships with clients, in order that he fully understands their business and approach, and can therefore provide services that are genuinely tailored to their precise needs. As a result, he has many long-standing clients who have remained with the firm since its beginnings in the early 1990s. They value his skills, experience and local knowledge. He is also known for his pragmatic and practical approach.
