Since founding Adams in 1992, San has built on extensive experience in litigation work to lead the Adams team. His speciality is resolution through negotiation, pushing mediation and out of court settlement. His wide-ranging skills cover property disputes, shareholder litigation and partnership resolution. San qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and has worked at practices across London, from Ilford to Mayfair.
Clients are reassured by San’s non-adversarial approach and his ability to communicate at every level: he likes to strip through the legal talk and speak the client’s language.
San prides himself on providing the same excellent service in every case: he is as happy mediating for an international construction company as he is acting for sole traders or the local corner shop. San is a keen marathon runner and has run in Berlin, Chicago, London, New York and Boston. He has even run the 40 mile ultra-marathon from Tring to Brentford along the Grand Union Canal. He loves meeting new people in this friendly, but competitive, arena.
