Hadleigh specialises in commercial law, including commercial leasing, buying and selling businesses, lending and securities, contract drafting, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, partnership agreements, and terms & conditions. He joined Adams from Fortune Manning in Auckland, New Zealand, where he qualified and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2004. Hadleigh has also, since 2004, been a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia. He has now turned his keen legal hand to English law.
Hadleigh’s international experience gives him valuable cross-jurisdictional expertise and the discipline to keep thoroughly up-to-date with many fields of law. Small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) particularly appreciate the holistic and wide ranging nature of Hadleigh’s skills as an accessible ‘one stop shop’ for all their legal needs.
Hadleigh enjoys competitive team sports, especially cricket and rugby, but is just as happy on individual pursuits, particularly skiing and golfing.
