Hadleigh specialises in commercial law, including commercial leasing, buying and selling businesses, lending and securities, contract drafting, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, partnership agreements, and terms & conditions. He joined Adams from Fortune Manning in Auckland, New Zealand, where he qualified and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2004.
Hadleigh has also, since 2004, been a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia. He has now turned his keen legal hand to English law.
