Receptionist
Salary: Negotiable
Friendly, dependable and well-presented receptionist required to start in December at Adams. We are a growing, lively firm of solicitors in East London. Initiative, computer skills and a positive attitude are a must; relevant experience preferable but non-essential.
Working Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm, Mon to Fri, including 1 hour lunch break
Purpose of the role: To project an enthusiastic and professional image of the firm from first contact; to provide consistent and well-manage support of reception and related areas.
Typical duties include: greeting clients; answering the telephone; fielding new enquiries; booking meeting rooms, couriers, and other services; managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post; monitoring staff attendance; providing responsive administrative support to the various departments.

Legal Marketing Manager (Part-time)
Salary : Competitive
This is a part-time position. We are amenable to flexible working and it may at times be possible to work remotely.
Role will involve:
- Maintaining and updating online media including the firm website, blog, Facebook page and Twitter account
- Management of direct marketing initiatives
- Promoting our newly opened Fulham office
- Building upon our existing collaboration with law firms in Poland and raising awareness of our cross-jurisdictional capability in this respect
- Researching and developing new opportunities for business development
Necessary experience and personal qualities:
The ideal candidate will be an intelligent and articulate individual with a background in legal marketing and business development. A strong understanding of social media within the context of business development is essential.
The successful candidate will be aware of the challenges posed by alternative business structures such as ‘Tesco law’. While we are currently pro-active in implementing marketing initiatives, we are seeking an ambitious, results-driven individual with the ability adapt to these changes in the legal marketplace. A creative flair for problem-solving is therefore key to success in this role.
The role will involve working closely with the Managing Partner at all times as well as liaising with other members of staff to ensure marketing techniques are adapted to the differing demands of our various practice areas. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are therefore essential.
The number of ongoing projects at any one time means that excellent organisational skills are also necessary
